Now it is your time to discover Acrobatic Rock’n’Roll for yourself!
Acrobatic Rock'n'Roll is an ideal opportunity to keep children safe, yet feeling happy and fulfilled. Children love music just as much as adults and they enjoy dancing if they`re given the opportunity to learn. Dance can help them to appreciate the benefits of structured activity, and to develop self esteem as well as learning constructive social skills.
Originally based on the music of the 1950s, Rock'n'Roll as a musical style and dance has changed. Today it is not simply a fascinating dance with acrobatic elements, but it is a world recognized spectacular sport, which takes part in a four-yearly World Games where all the “Olympic-recognized” sports are represented.

Under safe, professional guidance, we teach energetic modern rock’n’roll dance, which through the time has adsorbed different forms of dance including hip-hop, jazz, contemporary self-expressive movements, as well as “gymnastic elements” based on a rock’n’roll footwork with high bouncing kicks and spectacular acrobatic feats! Acrobatic elements are graded by levels of difficulty and being introduced at a certain age and/or based on a physical readiness. We start teaching with simple partner support stunts and lifts, and then one can try to learn more complex rotational moves around the neck, and dives. Girls and especially guys love to be challenged in this way! At the highest competitive level flying tricks such as free throws with flips, somersaults and dives are allowed.
